I spent three years working in construction and as a construction management in Spain, coordinating between architects, contractors, and local authorities on residential projects. I know what can go wrong, the contractor's language, and exactly which permits are required at which stage.

Before that, I founded and ran an international sustainable company as CEO — so I understand contracts, supplier relationships, deadlines, and the pressure of managing complex projects across borders.

I am a native speaker of Spanish, Catalan, and I am fluent in English. I am based in Galicia, but I work with clients with houses across all of Spain living in other European countries.

My job is simple: to make sure your investment is protected, your project runs correctly, and you never feel out of the loop — no matter where in the world you are.
